Are there any updates to whether Ozone Lites work?

I've read a response from 2 years ago that was more based on uneducated opinion rather then fact. I'd really like to hear from someone who has used these as to whether they work or not. They are expensive if they're just light bulbs, but a lot cheaper then HEPA filter based products!
