Defenses for improper ping on a motorcycle in NJ?

Got caught driving in the middle of cars during a traffic jam on a motorcycle. Why? Because I fit and I didn't see the point in waiting. There is no evidence I actually did this. Only what the cop says. I never admitted to it. I would like to defend myself in court. Any ideas to make a good defense case out of this? Please do not tell me what I should have done or to pay for my "crimes" and plead guilty because I was not hurting anybody or creating a dangerous scenario for anybody. The only answers I want to hear are things that will work as a defense.
