You chart is a Taurus rising. The first site used GMT for the timezone (I think that what it looks like), and the second site used USZ6 time zone which is -7 hours. That would account for the extreme rising sign. The second site is correct. I do not use sites to do charts, and not clear if you had to plot the timezone in for the first site. I can however ure you that astro.com is the correct calculations.
