I down loaded a ripped dvd from a torrent sight how do I change it to mp3 format?

Its an RCA video mp3 player and i downloaded ff7 advent children to my pc it plays fine on the pc but the mp3 does not see it but it is on there i took up 699 Mb on it so i know its there how can i change it to a format which my mp3 can read it?
