If every tax paying american gave ten dollars would that help the deficit?

I mean enough with who's fault it is or was we are all felling the effect's.I myself am all for sacraficing a small amount off every check. I know that in the finanical mess that were in that ten dollars is hard to let go but how many schools need to be shut down jobs cut before something is done It's a damn shame that shutting down any establishment that offer our kids our future leaders an education is the only solution. one school is one to many
