In love with the wrong girl?

I feel wrong and immoral, but I'm deeply infatuated with my 2nd cousin--she's a girl, and I'm a guy. Although that could be considered distant, my family's mexican so we're all close. We look nothing alike, our moms are cousins and we flirt constantly. I just want opinions, so feel free to say anything (preferably with sincerity). Thanks everyone!
