Is it possible to get plastic surgery on a toe?

Well my left foot is perfect and all my toes are perfect on that foot, but my right foot is stupid and I hate it. The toes are fine except for 2 of them, the one next to my big toe is crooked and the little one has a permanent lump on it because I broke it when I was younger. So can the crooked one be made straight and the little one sharpened down to make it look the same as my other foot toes?
