My eyes luk dul plz hlp me hw 2 overcome from ths dulness?

i don't know what color your eyes are or i may be able to tell you more but this works on every bodies eyes i swear by it and know a few more people who do too.after putting on your makeup take either a white pencil or powder just anything White and put a dot or a puff on the inside corner of each eye it will make them "pop" as they say.make sure you also wear eye liner and mascara it helps.oh and i like this , try lining your eyes with brown eyeliner and go over th back half or third of the outside corners with black it looks good
