Which do you think is better: Yamaha FZ16 or FZ-S?

I know that they r basically the same bikes, but I want some opinions on which will look better? Black Fz16 or Yellow/Black Fz-S? Also, will the bike suit me? I am 5'10" and 65 kgs. Thanks in advance..
