Whould i be able to get into the University of Wisconsin Madison with a 3.3 gpa and a 25 act?

Im a hard worker and im in a quite a few extracurricular activities. I am in JETS, im in athletics, and I teach Sunday school. Would they maybe take some of these things into concideration and accept me into their engineering program.
