What all will the hospital give me after having my baby?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and am trying to pack his diaper bag with the things I may need for our stay in the hospital. What exactly should I pack? Will the hospital give me diapers? wipes? What about nursing pads for myself? I was also told the hospital will give me special underwear for myself. Will they provide me with formula if feeding does not work? Do i need to bring my own bottles? Pacifier? LOL I started packing the diaper bag and ran out of room! So what are the absolute necesities?
